Debbie has worked in Accountancy and Payroll for many years, some of which they worked together as a highly effective team for a rapidly growing Company.

Having worked for various organisations and acquired an effective portfolio of skills she decided it was time to utilise these skills by setting up Swan Bookkeeping & Payroll Services Ltd.

Debbie Puleston

Debbie has worked in accountancy and payroll for over 12 years. Her experience covers roles from accounts assistant, financial analyst to payroll manager. Working for engineers, caterers, telecoms, advertising, retail and accountancy firms she has gained a broad experience of the workings of different types of companies and their accountancy and payroll functions.

During the last 12 years she has gained the AAT Accounting Qualification and a diploma in Payroll Management from the Institute of Payroll Professionals.
